State police at Frackville said Anthony Joseph Kleeman, 19, of Girardville, was charged after he allegedly damaged the passenger side rear window and windshield of the vehicle ofan East Mahanoy Avenue, Girardville, resident. The incident occurred in front of the victim's home.

Troopers are continuing their investigation and ask if anyone has information concerning this incident to call them at 570-874-5300.Attempted break-in:State police at Frackville are investigating an attempted burglary at a Schuylkill County residence.Troopers said on Sept. 27 at 12:25 p.m. neighbors onSilver Creek Road in Blythe Township observed a man lurking around a residence. They also saw the man walk onto the porch. At this point he realized he was being watched and ran behind the residence toward nearby woods.The suspect was described as being in his 40s, about 6 feet tall and weighing an estimated 165 pounds. He was wearing a baseball cap, black and blue shorts and a dark hoodie.Theft of vehicle:State police at Frackville are investigating the theft of a vehicle and a riding mower in separate incidents in Schuylkill County.Aresident of Ferndale Road, Zion Grove, North Union Township, reported her 2009 Chevrolet Malibu LS was taken from her driveway sometime between Sept. 29 at 7:30 p.m. and Sept. 30 at 9:30 a.m. The vehicle has state registration HJD-6626, is silver with black rims and has damage to the passenger side front fender.Riding mower stolen:A resident of Hunter Lane, New Ringgold, East Brunswick Township, reported her Cub Cadet Z Force S60 riding lawn mower was stolen from a shed on her property. The theft occurred sometime between Sept. 13 and Saturday. The mower is valued at $5,000.Anyone with information on any of these incidents is asked to call troopers at 570-874-5300.
