Harmony Lodge 86, Independent Order of Odd Fellows, conducted an installation of officers with District Deputy Grand Master Timothy H. Hahn of Shenandoah Lodge 591 serving as installation officer. Lodge 86 officers include: secretary Justin Bailey, Noble Grand Melissa Mangini; Hahn; Vice Grand Joshua Guscott; and treasurer Arthur W. Valentine.
