The Pleasant Valley School Board approved a contract with Miller Flooring to refinish the floor of the Arthur A. Smith gym. The gym floor was damaged by a water leak. The contract is not to exceed $55,000.

The district will only be responsible for $3,500 of the cost. The balance will be paid by the district's insurance carrier.The food service budget was approved for the 2016-17 school year in the amount of $2,127,215.
