Frozen vegetables, trail mix recalled

A Washington company has expanded its recall of frozen vegetables linked to a listeria outbreak that has sickened eight people.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says the recall by CRF Frozen Foods was expanded on Monday and now includes all organic and traditional frozen vegetable and fruit products processed in the company's Pasco facility since May 1, 2014.Woodstock Farms Manufacturing Inc. has also issued a recall for its Nature's Promise Trail Mix and Walnuts due to the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.The following products are being recalled:• Nature's Promise Cranberry Trail Mix, 12 oz., UPC 68826706612 with a best by date of 9/17/2016 and a lot number of 16082, 16099 or 16117• Nature's Promise Walnut Halves & Pieces, 7 oz., UPC 68826714404 with best by dates of 4/2/2017 and 4/19/2017 and a lot number of 16093 or 16110• Woodstock Walnut Halves & Pieces, 6oz., UPC 4256300860 with best by dates of 4/1/2017 and 4/15/2017 and a lot number of 16092 or 16106
