Summit Hill police reported on the following incidents:

Driving under the influence:Thomas Kepp, 62, of South Kennedy Drive, McAdoo, was charged with two counts of DUI and driving while his license is suspended for the vehicle stop in Summit Hill on Sept. 24.Ronald Gieniec, 63, of East Ruddle Street, Coaldale, was charged with failing to stop at a stop sign and two counts of DUI after police observed him failing to stop his vehicle on Nov. 18.Assault and harassment:Two Blakeslee residents face charges in Summit Hill after a disturbance earlier this month.According to police, Alex Benton, 24, of Candle Drive, and Alexis Soto, 21, of Candle Drive, were charged following an incident on March 3.Police were called to a residence in Summit Hill for an assault that had occurred.During the investigation, police learned Benton assaulted a woman at the home, and Soto punched a juvenile and lied to police.Benton faces charges of simple assault and harassment.Soto faces charges of giving false reports to law enforcement and harassment.
