David J. Kreiser, 21, of Kunkletown, was cited by state police at the Lehighton barracks after a one-vehicle crash at 7:03 p.m. July 26 on Kuehner Drive in Eldred Township.

Police said he was driving a 2001 Chevrolet Venture southbound and was slowing down to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Kuehner Drive and Christman Road when he lost control of the vehicle. It went off the road on the right side of Kuehner Drive, rolled through the intersection, crossed Christman Road and came to rest in a cornfield. He was not injured.The vehicle was towed from the scene.
