Mark Anthony Papay of Reilly Avenue, Tamaqua, is facing drug-related charges as a result of a traffic stop made by state police at the Fern Ridge barracks at 10:28 a.m. Oct. 8 at the intersection of routes 534 and 903 in Kidder Township.
Police said he was stopped for a vehicle registration violation, after which time police found him to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.He was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and other related offenses.
