SCRANTON, Pa. (AP) - Police say a Pennsylvania man threatened to get a gun and shoot highway workers who were telling him to move his car.

The Scranton Times-Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/1Hz6Wfi ) Glen Fiumano became agitated when state Department of Transportation workers knocked on his Scranton door around 7 a.m. Thursday.

Police say the 54-year-old Fiumano told the workers he was "coming out shooting and putting all of you down" if they got dust on his car.

Fiumano is charged with terroristic threats and harassment.

He's jailed in lieu of $25,000 pending a May 29 hearing. Online court records didn't list a lawyer to comment on the charges.

Police went to Fiumano's home twice.

First he told them he didn't own guns and never threatened anyone. They returned and arrested him when the alleged threats continued.
