State police at Lehighton reported investigating two acts of criminal mischief.

A woman reported someone struck her 2003 Honda CRV with a large rock, damaging the hood while it was parked at her residence in the 4400 block of Arrow Lane in Kunkletown, Polk Township. The incident was reported at 10:48 p.m. May 7.Unknown criminals drove a truck through the front yard at 2975 Hahns Dairy Road in Palmerton, then fled the scene. The incident occurred about 7 p.m. Friday.Anyone with information concerning either incident is asked to call troopers at 610-681-1850.
