Law enforcement authorities today arraigned 11 people for taking part in a drug trafficking operation allegedly responsible for distributing $1.5 million worth of heroin in Carbon County over a four-month period.

The accused are Curtis Margle, Jason R. Will, Matteo Puddu, David Allen Anthony Jr. and Brittany Michele Vincent, all of Carbon County; Joshua Ynoe Mejia, Bradesky Santos Jr., Anthony Jordan Vega and Erik Feliz, all of Luzerne County; Cynthia Ann Hippenstiel of Columbia County; and Robert Alan Fox of Bucks County. The suspects were being arraigned this morning before District Judge Edward Lewis of Jim Thorpe.As of press time, Fox, Vincent, Anthony and Hippenstiel were out on $100,000 unsecured bail.A press conference by the Carbon County District Attorney's Office, in conjunction with the state Attorney General's office regarding the investigation and details of the case was taking place this morning.The investigation was coined "Operation 93 Pipeline."
