A Coaldale woman was cited after police received a call from her husband on July 6.

Coaldale police were dispatched to 220 Fisher Ave. at 12:38 a.m. and met with Andrew Girard, who said he found drugs in his wife's purse. He found a cigarette pack with a straw, a small blue bag with six needles, a spoon and aluminum foil.The wife, Tonia Girard, 29, admitted to police that all of the items were in her purse, but not all of them belonged to her.She was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
