Nesquehoning police reported on the following citations issued by officers.

Chief Sean Smith issued the following citations:On Jan. 12 violations of a borough ordinance in reference to a delinquent sanitation bill.He issued a citation of obedience to traffic control device at Oak and Catawissa streets. A citation of restriction on alcoholic beverages was issued at the same location.Smith also issued eight speeding tickets, all at Oak and Catawissa streets, on Jan. 16 and Jan. 17. The area is a 25 mph zone with speeds clocked at 43 mph, two issued; 45 mph, three issued; 46; 48; and 49.Officer Robert Blisard issued a citation on Jan. 17 for an expired inspection sticker near the Hauto Fire Company along Route 54.Blisard issued five speeding tickets in the 200 block of Stock Street on Jan. 17, in a 40 mph zone. Speeds clocked were 58, 59 (two issued) and 61 (two issued).
