Charges of driving under the influence of drugs are pending against a White Stone, New York, man, according to state police at the Lehighton barracks.

Police said they stopped the 31-year-old for traffic violations at 2:02 p.m. Wednesday on Route 209 at Sylvia Lane in Towamensing Township.In addition to the DUI charge, which is pending the results of toxicology tests, the man is facing charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.
