The Schuylkill County U.S. Department of Agriculture Farm Service Agency has completed its annual county committee election. Dennis Marbarger was re-elected to represent farmers from Blythe, Branch, Cass, New Castle, Norwegian, North Manheim, Reilly, Schuylkill, South Manheim, Walker, Washington, Wayne and West Brunswick townships on the county committee.

For local administrative area: Dennis Marbarger, was elected to the COC; Elizabeth Leiby, first alternate; George Vaupel, second alternate.The county committee met in January for its organizational meeting.
