Victorious Secret defeated Valley Athletic Supply in a five set thriller on Thursday evening at Black Diamond Park in Coaldale to claim the 2015 Eastern Schuylkill Recreation Commission summer volleyball league championship.

After finishing as the runner up for the past three seasons, Victorious Secret, shaked off a slow start to win the championship in five sets with the scores of 14-25, 25-22, 25-23, 17-25, 15-12 over the top-seeded Valley Athletic Supply.After a slow start in the first game where Victorious Secret lost 14-25, they found their rhythm and won the next two matches by a scores of 25-22 and 25-23.Valley Athletic tied the match with a convincing 25-17 win which forced the deciding game five. Valley Athletic seemed to run out of gas as Victorious Secret soared to an early lead and held on to win the final set 15-12. Rachel Krajcirik paced the way for Victorious Secret with eight service points followed by Mikey Stockmal and Chad Fritzinger who both had seven service points.Valley Athletic Supply was led by Steve Bennett who had 12 service points followed by Chrissy Michalik with 11 and Jason Boris with eight.
