Therein lies the theme of Carbon County's Restaurant Awareness Week, which runs today through Sunday.The event is sponsored by the Carbon Chamber & Economic Development Corporation's Accommodations & Tourism Committee.CCEDC Executive Director Marlyn Kissner said this marks the first time the organization has offered the event."We are excited to share the great restaurants in Carbon County, and are looking forward to promoting these restaurants and keeping them strong," Kissner said.
