The Allentown enforcement office of the state liquor control board conducted an age compliance check detail in Schuylkill County on Thursday between 5 and 11 p.m.

Nine licensed establishments were checked, with three found to be noncompliant. Noncompliance means the licensed establishment sold alcoholic beverages to underage people trained and supervised by liquor board agents.The following businesses were found in compliance, meaning they did not sell alcohol to minors: Integrity Distribution, trading as Beer Haven; RSC Beverages Inc., trading as Brewers' Outlet; PBX Enterprises Inc.; George S. Logothetides, trading as Beer N Burger; EFS Enterprises Inc., trading as Fast Freddy's Sub Shop; and Lazmat Inc., trading as the Stadium Bar.
