The Dolon-Jones-Martino American Legion Post 304 of Jim Thorpe held a number of Memorial Day services throughout the town on Sunday.

Ceremonies were held at the Vietnam Memorial, Civil War/World War II Memorial, Korean War Memorial, Liberties Monument, Route 903 Bridge, Christman's Cemetery, Henning Cemetery, Hickory Run State Park Cemetery, St. Paul's Church, World War I Memorial, and the World War II Monument on the East Side.At every stop, the Legion took part in a prayer, a salute and the playing of taps to honor all veterans.
