The former Colonial Buick-GMC Truck dealership along Little Gap Road in Palmerton has been purchased.

Pete Turko, owner of Home Solutions Partners in Palmerton, bought the 13,000-square-foot building located on 10 acres at 620 Little Gap Road this past January."We're going to lease out the garage part for our warehouse, but the 8,000-square-foot office is available for lease," Turko said. "We needed warehouse space to consolidate all of our equipment and inventory."Turko purchased the building from George Miller.Before that, the property was formerly Sander Oldsmobile Buick GMC Truck.Anyone interested in leasing the office may contact Turko at 610-509-2350.
