A burglary at a Carbon County residence is being investigated.

State police at Fern Ridge said a shed on the property at 80 Jeffers Way, Towamensing Trails, Penn Forest Township, was entered sometime between Jan. 15 and Saturday, March 15.Removed from the shed was a 18-inch Poulan chain saw, a three-ton hydraulic jack, and a marine battery. Total value of the missing items was set at $200. The property is owned by Andrew T. Irving, 61, of Red Bank, N.J.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at 570-646-2271.
