Two streets have been added to Tamaqua's snow removal schedule for Friday. Streets to be cleared of snow on Friday will now include: Lehigh Street, Broad to Elm; Mauch Chunk Street, Pine to Elm; Elizabeth Street, Elm to Willing; and Clark Street, Elm to Willing.

Streets will be posted the day before snow removal operations are to begin. Workers may start anytime after 12:01 a.m., so motorists should be aware any parked vehicles will be subject to ticketing and towing.Schedules depend on work and weather conditions and are subject to change.
