A Bucks County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following an incident in Carbon County.

State police at Fern Ridge said Francis Xaiver Franklin, 51, of Bensalem, was stopped along Route 903 in Penn Forest Township, at 1:31 a.m. on Sunday after being observed driving erratically.He was found to be under the influence and taken to the barracks for a breath test. Troopers said DUI and related charges were filed against Franklin.
