Registration forms for the annual Tamaqua Halloween Parade, which is scheduled for Oct. 22, are now available at the Tamaqua Chamber of Commerce Office, 114 W. Broad St., Tamaqua. The office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
