State police at Lehighton reported on the following arrests made by troopers.
On April 25 about 4:50 p.m. troopers took into custody William Billings, 38, at 2258 Long Run Road, in Franklin Township, Carbon County, on an arrest warrant issued out of Texas for having violated the terms of his parole on a felony conviction.
He was arraigned and placed in the county prison in Nesquehoning.
On April 25 about 10:30 p.m. at 1 Horseshoe Drive, in Gilbert, Polk Township, Monroe County, Brian Richard Ratti, 36, and Henry Louis Reinert, 50, both of Gilbert, engaged in a physical altercation. Both were charged with simple assault.
On April 27 about 3:25 p.m. troopers responded to 807 Getz Dawl Road, in Polk Township, for a domestic incident. As a result Lynn Diane Chieffo, 52, of that address, was charged with simple assault and harassment. She was lodged in the county prison in Snydersville pending arraigned. Also at the scene Noelle Lynn Chieffo, 24, was charged with harassment.
On April 27 about 1:15 p.m. troopers went to 1180 Kunkletown Road, in Kunkletown. At the scene troopers determined that Amanda Palisoc, 19, of Kresgeville, and Joseph Paul Randolph, 21, of Saylorsburg, engaged in a physical altercation concerning the custody of a one month old child. Both were cited for harassment, troopers said.
On April 28 about 7:55 p.m. at 411 Hamilton St., Bowmanstown, Amanda Lee Symonds, 28, and a 54-year-old male, both of Bowmanstown, had a verbal argument that turned physical. when she shoved him. As a result Symonds was charged with harassment.
On April 28 about 5:08 p.m. at 1450 Laurel Lane, Palmerton, Towamensing Township, Carbon County, Daniel Scott Behler, 33, and Charles Bernard Burke, 47, both of Palmerton, entered into a verbal argument and some point turned physical. Both struck each other during the argument. Both were cited for harassment.
A Monroe County resident is being sought. Troopers said Christina L. Collins, 22, took the 2007 Chevrolet Aveo of Jason Heimbach, 44, and Donna Heimbach, 43, of 2112 Lakeside Derive, Kunkletown, without their permission.
The Aveo is gray in color and has state registration plate GXG7463. The incident occurred on April 27 between 10:30 and 11:30 a.m.
