State police at Lehighton are investigating threat and assault incidents.

The threats incident was reported to occur about 12:28 p.m. on Sunday, June 2, as a person was driving northbound on Old Route 115, at Hildabrant Rd., in Ross Township, Monroe County, and tried to get the attention of Wind Gap ambulance personnel, who were also northbound. The ambulance personnel were identified as Bryan Cole, 24, and Ryan Bowers, 22, both of Nazareth.When the ambulance personnel stopped to see what the other person wanted, she exposed herself and threatened the two with a knife.The assault incident was reported by Derek M. Wentz, 25, of Jim Thorpe. He reported he was assaulted by another individual at 321 Cherry Hill Rd., in Parryville, on Saturday, June 1, about 10:06 p.m.Anyone with information concerning either incident is asked to call troopers at (610) 377-4270.
