A New Tripoli man faces a charge of driving under the influence.

Matthew Robert Fick, 22, of Werley's Corner Road, was driving on Camp Meeting Road at Log Cabin Road in Lynn Township at 1:09 a.m. Sept. 1 when a state trooper from the Fogelsville barracks noticed he failed to stay in his own lane.Fick was stopped, and exhibited signs of intoxication. He was arrested and taken to the Lehigh County DUI Center, where he consented to a blood test.Charges are expected to be filed upon receipt of the test results.
