State police at Frackville reported on two arrests made by troopers in separate incidents.
Troopers said Robert Jessman, 45, of Frackville, was cited for public drunkenness for an incident that occurred about 8:15 p.m. on Sunday, June 10, in the 300 block of W. Mahanoy Ave., in Girardville.
Troopers responded to the area for a reported disturbance. On scene they found Jessman, who was highly intoxicated, troopers added.
Troopers reported the arrest of Nadine Mason, 29, of Schuylkill Haven, for an incident that occurred on Monday, June 11, about 2:30 p.m. at the residence of Mandy Heckman, 26, of 23 Coal St., Middleport.
Troopers allege that Mason smashed four picture frames, a digital video camera, and destroyed a cell phone charger owned by Heckman. Mason also punched Heckman several times and knocked her down.
Mason was charged with harassment and criminal mischief. She was placed in the county prison in Pottsville by the county's adult probation office for violating her probation based on the above incident, troopers added.
