A Lehighton man was cited by Rush Township Police on Friday, after he was found in an extremely inebriated condition on Claremont Avenue.

Barry Rausch, 41, was found sitting on the road at 11:40 a.m. Due to his condition, he was transported to St. Luke's University Hospital - Miner's Campus, Coaldale, for treatment.He will be cited for public drunkenness.
