The Lansford Historical Society will host a special public meeting to explain the proposed Lansford National Historic District, its benefits to the community, and answer any questions the public may have about the designation.
This public meeting will be Friday Feb. 24 at 6:30 pm at the Historical Society Museum located on the second floor above the Panther Valley Library at 117 East Bertsch St. in Lansford. This is the public's opportunity to come out and ask questions or offer their comments.
The lower level meeting room is handicapped accessible.
Light refreshments will be served.
