A Jim Thorpe resident is facing two felony drug counts for allegedly selling heroin to a confidential informant (CI).

Borough police said Earl A. Eldridge, 31, of 308 1/2 South Ave., has been charged with two counts of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, and two misdemeanor counts of possession.Police said on Oct. 7, 2011, Eldridge sold three packets of heroin to the CI for $60. On Oct. 14, 2011, he sold three more packs of the drug to the CI for another $60.
