Two driving under the influence (DUI) arrests were reported by state police at Lehighton.
Troopers said Terry L. Ahner, 56, of Lehighton, was stopped about 9:39 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 27, along Franklin Heights at Fairyland Road, in Franklin Township, Carbon County, for several motor vehicle code and equipment violations.
Ahner was found to be under the influence and was taken for a blood test, troopers said. The DUI charge is pending the test results.
About 9:04 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 26, troopers stopped a vehicle operated by William Robert Bradshaw, 41, of West Chester, along SR33 northbound in Ross Township, Monroe County, after observing the vehicle being operated in an erratic manner.
Bradshaw was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg, for a blood test. The DUI charge is pending the test results.
