A Luzerne County man is facing several drug counts.

State police at Frackville said troopers went to 72 Swatara Road, in Shenandoah Heights, West Mahanoy Township, Schuylkill County, about 11:40 a.m. on Saturday, July 30, for a report of a disturbance. While at that location troopers made contact with Brian John Degenhart, 22, no address given.Degenhart was found to have in his possession hydrocodon tablets which were stolen from a location in Hazleton. He was charged with drug code violations and receiving stolen property.Degenhart was committed to the county prison in Pottsville after Luzerne County revoked his probation, troopers said.
