Displaying facsimiles of checks presented to them by Wal-Mart in Mahoning Township, during the store's grand opening Wednesday morning, are, left to right, Johnette Lenik and Bob Miller, representing Mahoning Valley Ambulance; Mark Ebbert, chief of Mahoning Valley Fire Department, and Ken Barnes, Chief of Police in Mahoning Township. The store gave $25,000 in donations. Other recipients were the Trinity Luther Food Bank and the Shriner's Children's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia.
