State Route 443 just west of Wildcat Road in Walker Township was closed to traffic early this morning when West Penn Township police discovered a car over an embankment and a tractor trailer across the roadway. The incident began just after 5 a.m. Fire police from several fire companies were summoned to the scene to maintain traffic control in the heavy fog. Reports from the scene were one person may have been injured in the mishap.
