Heather Brittany Souza, 132 W. Catawissa St., second floor apartment, Nesquehoning, has been cited by borough police for retail theft.

The incident happened on Oct. 7 at the CVS store in the borough, when the woman allegedly tried to steal Dove Body Wash and hair dye from the store located on East Locust Street. The value of the items was $19.48.
