She was one of four defendants in pending criminal cases to enter a guilty plea on May 21 in Carbon County court before Judge Steven R. Serfass.

Lansford incident

Alicia Marie Kachmar,

Other pleas

John Hower,

40, of Lansford, pleaded in three pending cases to one count of retail theft and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

He was arrested on the theft count at the Walmart store by Mahoning Township police on April 21, 2018.
