State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks reported a three-vehicle crash at 6:38 a.m. Feb. 21 at the intersection of the Gordon Nagle Trail and Mengle Street in North Manheim Township.

Police said a 2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse operated by Dustin R. Crosland, 26, of New Ringgold, traveling east on the trail, failed to slow for stopped traffic and struck a 2013 Nissan Altima operated by Jessica L. Jones, 35, of Mount Carmel, which then struck a 2014 Jeep Patriot driven by Shawna L. Jenkins, 33, of Pottsville.

The Eclipse was towed from the scene. The other two vehicles were able to be driven from the scene.

Police said Crosland was cited for the crash.
