An early Wednesday morning fire damaged a home in Walker Township. Area fire companies were dispatched to a chimney fire at 1 Mountain Road, just off Catawissa Road, around 4:30 a.m. When firefighters arrived the flames had made their way into the walls of the home in the attic area on the third floor.
