RBI Factory Athletics captures 12u title The RBI Factory Athletics, based out of the Tamaqua area, recently won the championship for the In The Net Winter League in Palmyra. The squad went 7-1-1, and beat the Dillsburg Northstars 6-5 for the 12u Winter League Championship.
