Bill owed

A&M Merchandising Inc., 346 Belleville Turnpike, North Arlington, New Jersey, filed a civil action against Desiree Watkins and Devon M. Noble, both of 640 Mill Run Drive, Lehighton.

The suit states on March 5, 2019, the defendants signed a credit agreement for the purchase of a Kirby Home Cleaning System. The suit alleges all materials for the system were delivered and the defendants were to make regular payments on it.

The suit states a bill is due and owed on the agreement for $3,158.24 plus interest, costs and fees.

Mortgage foreclosures
