Swartz goes 4-for-4 in the contest, collecting three doubles while scoring three runs. Terry Evert contributes two hits, one a double, and also earns the pitching win. Mike Butrie finishes with a pair of hits and a run, with Greg Steigerwalt adding a double and two runs scored. Thorpe also receives a hit and a run from both Paul Melincharik and Mike Moyer. Coaldale receives two hits and a run from Dan Weiksner.
