In her report, Superintendent Young recommended approval of updates to handbooks for athletics, pre-K, support staff, staff, WAVE parents, and student handbooks for the elementary school, middle school and high school students.
Regarding the paving project, discussion centered on the delays. The board decided to up the contract with engineers Brinkash & Associates to provide a full-time observer while the paving is being done, at a cost of $500 per day.
