Miller’s Country Store at Fairyland Farms in Franklin Township plans to close temporarily on July 20.

“We have come together as a family and made the very tough, but practical decision to temporarily close our store doors in the coming weeks,” the family posted on Facebook Monday.

In addition to family obligations, members are working on the farm, which will remain operational.

“The overall goal of temporarily closing the store is to brainstorm a way to potentially reopen our doors in some sort of fashion in the future, but at this time it is not possible as a result of multiple factors and figuring out our family business affairs collectively,” the post continued.

The store will begin to liquidate products.

“Thank you for your continued support of our family business of the country store for nearly 40 years. We have appreciated your patronages and relationships throughout the years. Please remember that whatever happens, Fairyland Farms is here to stay!!! Take care and God Bless!!!
