East Stroudsburg University’s Art + Design department will feature art works and portfolios of selected students in an online exhibition: Senior Portfolio in Art Exhibition. The exhibition kicked off with a private online reception on April 29.

The exhibition features the work of seniors in the portfolio class.

Local seniors include Devin Kagel, an integrated art+design major from Saylorsburg; Emilie Seda, an integrated art+design major from Effort; and Kevin Wimmer, an art+design major from Saylorsburg.

The following local art+design awards and scholarship recipients were announced during the online reception.

Kaitlin Feller, a junior majoring in integrated art+design from Jim Thorpe received the Excellence in the Arts Award.

Skylar Rutan, a junior majoring in integrated art+design from Jim Thorpe, received the Dr. Irene Mitchel “Three Sisters Endowed Art Scholarship in memory of Helen Mitchel Stetz and Mary Mitchel Kurello.”
