Pine street, Route 309 is heavily congested having traffic backed up a considerable distance. The fire was discovered by a neighbor when the shop was not open. A project of the Tamaqua Area Community Partnership, the driving force behind the new business is Lisa Scheller, chairwoman of Silberline Manufacturing, who admits to being a recovering alcoholic.
