The annual Walnutport Canal Festival was washed out by continuous rainfall Sunday. The stage shows were all canceled and a few die-hard vendors, such as the Copeechan Rod & Gun Club, started the day, but by 2 p.m., not many people were in attendance. RUSSELL SHADE/TIMES NEWS
