The Palmerton Halloween Parade, postponed by rain Sunday, will be held Monday night.

The lineup of participants will begin at 6 p.m.

All participants should check in at Palmerton Pizza.

The parade will leave 7th and Lafayette Avenue at 7 p.m.

The parade route has been shortened a bit because of safety concerns.

The parade will travel from 7th and Lafayette Avenue to 3rd street, turning left on 3rd street to Delaware Avenue then left on Delaware returning to 7th Street to disband.

Remember to remain on the sidewalks and don’t allow children in the streets especially with the darkness. Don’t forget your canned goods for the food pantry.
