The Catholic Youth Organization, District 5 announced the winners of the annual arts, crafts and photography contest recently at SS. Peter and Paul Church. There were 106 entries in art, craft and photography divisions.

Winners were:

Art

Kindergarten: first, Roderick Burns; second, Olivia Quick; and third, Gabriel Degler, all from St. Jerome’s.

First and second grades: first, Carleen Johnson, St. John Neumann; second, Shane Moyer, St. John Neumann; third, Carly Green, St. Jerome’s.

Third and fourth grades: first, Brett Mcguire, St. Jerome’s; second, Hailey Hurd, St. John Neumann; and third, Gregor Poleschuk, St. Jerome’s.

Fifth and sixth grades: first, Seleste Burns, St. Jerome’s; second, Margaret Zeiler, St. Jerome’s; and third, Marlee Rorrer, St. John Neumann.

Seventh and eighth grades: first, Alise Heisey; second, Megan Matsko; and third, Olivia Handwerk, all from St. John Neumann.
