Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:

Disorderly conduct: Melissa Paules, 53, Palmerton, was charged with disorderly conduct, for an incident Nov. 1 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

DUI: Keith Schlicher, 50, Slatington, was charged with four counts of DUI and traffic offenses for an incident March 24 in the 900 block of Mauch Chunk Road.

Dennis Ringler, 42, Palmerton, was charged with DUI and traffic offenses for an incident Sept. 12 in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.

Carlos Gonzalez, 20, Allentown, was charged with two counts of DUI and driving without insurance for an incident March 27 in the 500 block of Lafayette Avenue.

Retail theft: Shay Wagner, 22, Palmerton, was charged with retail theft, for an incident Oct. 19 in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.

A 14-year-old Palmerton boy was charged with retail theft for an incident in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

Citations: Police also issued three citations for vehicle violations, and one for speeding.
