A vehicle stop in Monroe County has led to drug charges being filed against the driver.

Pocono Mountain Regional police said Jessica Dutter, 23, of Tobyhanna, was stopped for speeding on May 30 at 7:40 p.m. along Echo Lake Road in Coolbaugh Township. Police said a check revealed that Dutter’s license was under suspension. A search of the vehicle revealed marijuana and various drug paraphernalia. Dutter was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was then released.
